Rishi Ganiswaran, Head of Legal (Technology) & Chief Privacy Officer, Yinson Group of Companies
Rishi holds a double degree in Electrical Engineering and Law. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2012, admitted in NSW, Australia as a solicitor in 2009 and an accredited mediator. Currently Rishi is the Head of Legal (Technology) and Chief Privacy Officer of the Yinson Group of Companies, an energy infrastructure and technology MNC. His vast experience includes commercial and civil litigation, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate work, intellectual property, data privacy, information technology, cybersecurity and other legal matters covering broad corporate, commercial, regulatory, licensing and advisory issues. Rishi is a firm advocate of pro bono legal work, and regularly dedicates time in dealing with legal bro bono matters.
Samantha He Xuan, General Counsel, KBP Biosciences Pte Ltd
Samantha He serves as General Counsel at KBP, with extensive experience in life sciences legal strategy. Previously a partner at a top-tier "red circle" firm in China, she brings a background spanning law firms and corporate legal departments, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and mitigate complex legal risks. Throughout her career, she has led and completed numerous mergers and licensing transactions in the life sciences sector, accumulating profound transactional expertise and providing comprehensive strategic legal support for enterprises.
Tran Ngoc Thuy, Vietnam Legal Head, Cathay United Bank
Thuy is the Vietnam Legal Head of Cathay United Bank (CUB), a member of Cathay Financial Holdings (CFH) with strong presence in Vietnam, through entities such as CUB, Cathay Life, Cathay Insurance and Indovina Bank. CFH is the first Taiwanese financial holding company offering holistic financial products and corporate & retail banking services in Vietnam. Prior to joining CUB, Thuy headed legal affairs at a Malaysian bank and was a counsel at a French bank. Thuy also has significant private practice experience in Vietnam, working alongside Singapore-based colleagues on English law and Vietnam law-related matters on cross-border financings.
